The LW24/C microLiDAR™ is Lightware’s most rugged sensor in a machined aluminium IP67 housing. This family of sensors gives you the flexibility to connect using Serial, I2C or RS-232.

This sensor uses a time-of-flight system to make very fast, accurate distance & speed measurements. Effective in most weather conditions (including direct sunlight), the LW24/C LiDAR is virtually immune to background light, wind and noise, making it the ideal sensor to detect unexpected obstacles. The LW24/C can take up to 388 readings per second, with configurable features and multiple hardware interfaces allowing easy connection with different types of controllers.
