The Pixhawk2 has been designed for hobbyists and professionals alike. The 80pin DF17 connector seamlessly attaches to the carrier board for a complete standalone autopilot or can be used by OEM’s to design carrier boards for custom solutions.

14 PWM ports, five general purpose serial ports, three analog inputs, two I2C ports, two CAN Bus interface ports and, an SPI port make Pixhawk2 more than capable for most applications without the need for expansion. This is broken out on the carrier board for use with; GPS, Telemetry, External USB, RGB LED and safety switch, airspeed sensors, CAN bus ESCs, power modules and much much more.

The Pro Version Carrier board has a built-in Intel® Edison port that connects directly with Pixhawk2. Intel® Edison’s high processing power and user-friendly development environment makes it the perfect choice for a companion computer.
